 | SMART Awards As Start-Global Ltd, Synchro was chosen to receive a SMART Award for on the basis of performing a feasibility study into the process of coordinating construction projects to successful conclusions by applying the factor of space and theory of constraints (TOC) to the planning equation. The feasibility study showed that the process could realise a distinct cost reduction and improvement in reliability for complex, unique or reproduced projects where a large number of independent suppliers combine to deliver the goal. | |
PMSOFT CJSC, the authorized representative of Oracle Primavera Global Business Unit (former Primavera Systems, Inc.) in Russia, CIS, and Baltic States, was founded in 1993 on an initiative of a qualified team of specialists in the field of managing social and economic systems working in the research institutes of USSR Academy of Sciences and defense-oriented industry.
