Hill International has 2,000 professionals in 70 offices among 30 nations and one of the largest construction claims practices in the world. Hill’s construction claims services accounted for approximately one-third of the company’s consulting fee revenue in 2007. In 2006, the company made acquisitions that tripled the size of the construction claims business segment. This segment assists its clients in preventing and resolving disputes that arise over the course of the construction process such as delays or cost overruns.

Turner Construction was competing to win $286 million in business to design and build the airside concourse, which includes 19 gates and international arrival services, at Sacramento Airport to replace the nearly 40 year-old Terminal B in order to meet rising demand for passenger services and enhance the ability of the airport to attract new carriers and routes.

After completing the new Wembley Stadium, Quintain Estates is working with Costain Limited to improve surrounding land through the provision of retail, commercial and residential properties. Costain demonstrated to Quintain Estates the justification for its preferred strategy. Visualisation of construction methodology becomes a requirement for future works on the Wembley project.

A new Mental Health Unit (MHU) is built on the grounds of Ealing Hospital in West London with a construction value of £27 million. Synchro is used as a progress reporting tool and to integrate subcontractor programs of work for a comprehensive plan and picture of the project prior to delivery.
