Project Constructor is designed as a "lite" version of Synchro Professional for independent planners who work on a team with a Professional leader. Project Constructor provides basic, stripped-down, stand-alone 4D construction visualization, project scheduling, advanced risk management, synchronization with 3D design changes, supply chain management and cost allocation for comprehensive virtual construction simulation. Synchro Project Constructor enables alternative scheduling options, resource allocation and time and cost savings to be evaluated. Project Constructor is dedicated to the Google SketchUp *.skp 3D file format. Project Constructor can be upgraded to Synchro Professional -- our fully featured, collaborative solution -- enabling the connection to Synchro Server and our comprehensive project team environment. Synchro Database Module brings greater hardware independence to the 4D construction scheduling community using existing, standard PCs.

Objectivity, a Synchro technology partner, offers Synchro users the ability to utilise all three tiers of the typical hardware platform, including the combination of x64 operating systems, graphics card memory capacity, hard disk space, and high-speed input/output to support the database. Even the most challenging 3D models are tamed by the revolutionary solutions developed at Synchro on existing standard PCs.

Express is our 4D Read and Report Only Viewer and is designed to provide its users with the freedom to view a model as required without the limitations of the AVI viewing format. Synchro Express provides the full range of communication and reporting features to enable the evaluation of the 4D model with a full view of the 4D schedule, resource allocation, risk analysis, earned value profile and more. Express can work either stand-alone – accessing the project model independently – or in combination with Synchro Server in managing collaborative access to a centralised project model.

Synchro Server (Server5, Server10, and Server) is a network-based, 4D Model Server, which ensures real time communication for each connected user, while managing version control for all users of the single Master Project Model file. These capabilities allow distributed workload for planning and scheduling teams to access a common, central model and repository of planning information stored to alleviate communications, coordination, version control and scheduling issues. Synchro Server is the bridge among project participants. Changes made on one Synchro Client workstation – whether it's Synchro Professional or Workgroup – are synchronised with the central model and immediately broadcast to all other connected participant users to keep everyone updated instantly. The licenses have limited concurrent user connections of 5 for Server⁵, 10 for Server¹⁰, and unlimited for Server to gain collaborative access the single project model.
